FAQs 1. What is MLB? MLB is our monogram for Manhattan Living Baby, a boutique company dedicated to providing the convenience of stylish, design your own must haves, personal shopping and interior design services for the busy Manhattan baby & mom. City Living Baby brings our city chic selections national. We are Lisa & Debbi from New York, co-founders of MLB & City Living Baby and inspired by the birth of Debbi’s son, Josh. Debbi is broker/owner of Manhattan Living Realty, a New York Real Estate company that has been providing real estate services with a personal touch for 7 years. We have found that many of Manhattan Living’s clients are young families, looking for conveniences and new ways to meet their goals each day. Now Manhattan Living transcends square footage and brings you the arrival of our newest division, Manhattan Living Baby. Lisa, an experienced interior decorator and licensed real estate sale consultant who splits her time between New York & Miami and has an eye for style, what’s new and what’s hot. She’s dedicated to bringing great style to the home for her clients and now to our entire City Living Baby & MLB collection. 2. Where is the MLB store? MLB has showrooms located in Murray Hill and the Upper East Side by appointment. We also offer convenient website shopping and on site and offsite parties. 3. Do you have a website? Yes. www.manhattanlivingbaby.com & www.citylivingbaby.com. Shopping 24/7 – before or after feedings, your choice. 4. What makes MLB different from other baby stores? MLB is all about the best of Manhattan; convenience and great style. We know our growing families and search the marketplace to bring them the hottest and most stylish ideas. Many of our ideas can be personalized and customized for our discerning city clientele. We offer online shopping, “design your own” parties, personal shopping, complimentary local delivery and interior design services for the nursery and baby room. Gift cards and Registries will be available. 5. Host A Party? If you are in the NYC or North Miami/Ft Lauderdale area you may now host your own party conveniently at your home or venue of choice. Our parties are a great way for new moms to meet and makes a great baby shower, birthday party or mother’s day celebration. One of our representatives will bring everything needed for the party and the hostess will receive a complimentary hostess gift. Each party is a 1 ½-2 hours long event. Step 1) Select your must have. Step 2) Design from many patterns, fabrics and styles; personalize with monograms or family names Step 3) Place your order. It’s as easy as 1,2,3: convenient, creative, and fun. We do request a minimum 10 person guest list confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. A $250 refundable cancellation fee is required at the time of the reservation. A Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the party will forfeit the refund. If you would like to host an MLB party at your home or schedule a party at our venue please contact us. 6. What is your delivery and return policy? At MLB & City Living Baby, we do whatever we can to bring you great customer service and we welcome your requests. Most importantly, know that you can shop with confidence with our Verified Secure Website. All items may be exchanged or returned in original packaging within 10 days unless they are custom ordered. If received as a gift, you may exchange it or return for MLB credit only. All custom special ordered items are final sale and non returnable. Online, we are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. If you prefer, we may take care of your orders via Visa and MasterCard by phone at 212.922.9234. We also are happy to answer any questions regarding your order at sales@ManhattanLivingBaby.com All items unless custom or personalized will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday. Shipping Fees: Purchases over $75 made in the 48 states are free. All local delivery in Manhattan is free. We are pleased to ship all products cost effectively from our New York showroom by the United States Postal Services, Priority Mail. Packages are usually received within 3 - 4 days. However, if you prefer Ups or Fedex delivery for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. We will figure out the cost and let you know immediately so you may expedite your order. All items up to $75 = $5.95 $75 and over = Free Some of our Designer Items are delivered directly from their own showrooms. Handling Fees may apply for shipping and returns. Sales Tax: Sales Tax applies to purchases made within the state of New York. There is no tax on Apparel Items under $150. |
